Disabling Action Center renders the taskbar icons not clickable

This is new only for Windows 11, I tried disabling the Action Center on Windows 11 but when I do, clicking the WiFi icon doesn't bring up the connections anymore and same goes for the USB hardware removal icon.

Anyone experienced this?

I saw it once a while ago and seems turning off Action Center does turn off the clicking actions of icons, determined it probably was working as it should. I'd also wonder if that is tied in with the Kiosk mode/function.

With MS constantly changing the new GUI, more and more of these features are becoming dependent on each other in some way. I've believed from the start that at some point none of the things we've been using reg hacks and third party software to change will be possible to do anymore.
Just my opinion and I hope I'm wrong.
