Disallow an application in Regedit

I tried to disallow few application in regedit.
Most of them were not able to run.

But some applications manage to run in the same name.
How is that possible?

I tried to disallow some adobe application which were running in the background.

May I ask why your would do this in regedit? If it's an app you don't want at all, uninstall it. If it's an app you want to keep but only stop its running in background do it in settings.
settings>apps>startup
