Do Insiders receive the official RTM build?

Windows 11 - Release Preview channel
I clean installed one of the earlier Insider builds around a month ago and have received updates to bring my build up to 22000.194. Is this the official RTM build?

So there is nothing different at the OS level for an insider vs the RTM build? An insider just receives preview builds of the OS and updates correct? I just received a question from somebody asking if I would now install the RTM of Windows 11. I said I have latest build of Windows 11.

My guaess is that it will be one of Insider builds no matter what happens with "Regular" builds. Maybe just one step over regular ones.

The current insider build is 22471.1000 on the dev channel

I moved from the Dev path to the beta path and so have build 22000.194 - Is there a way to move back to the Dev path as I get an error when trying to install 22471.1000? There doesn't seem to be any options in Windows Update and I want to avoid a fresh install.
