Do the WebAssembly experimental features affect each other?

Hi, I was testing out the experimental features in edge to get an idea of the browser's capabilities though keep running into a recurring question. Do some of the features affect or perhaps block other features? Specifically, the WebAssembly features. Does the Lazy compilation feature actually prevent certain functions from being called? The baseline compiler also mentions tiering, though for some reason there is an entire module just for WebAssembly tiering. If anyone could explain these features in detail I could really use an idea as to what is going on here.

Looking for clarification. For some reason this concept just doesn't register with me. Thanks!

This seems to be the direct source of information: WebAssembly

I just went through the documentation. It looks like they give an introduction to WebAssembly and the basics of the structure and purpose/location of the code within the web. I don't see anything about the experimental features or their effects on the compiled code though.
