Solved Does anyone encountered this one on ancient machine

I'm having a problem on my ancient machine, when switching to other window (any program; e.g. Firefox, Notepad or any game) some/other window are covering it
This happened after updating to recent version from windows update : Windows 11 Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.2033) -> Windows 11 Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.7623)

Things I tried:
1. Reinstalling display driver; installer on manufacturer webpage
2. Reinstalling display driver via Windows update
3. Installed different driver versions; I run DDU/AMD cleanup utility every installation (Applies 1, 2 & 3)
4. Run sfc /scannow

Boot into Safe Mode to let us know it happens there.

It's working as intended, But there's no hardware acceleration, for some reason the recording stopped at some point

I followed the given steps from the url you provided; Turns out that I just need to set a password for DF installed on the machine.
Anyway, thank you for your reply and help on troubleshooting this might help me in future if anything get unstable or anything that doesn't work on the machine
