Don't show gray dot under apps not being used in taskbar

Hi @garlin this is another issue i've always had with Win 11, If you read the first post you will understand, maybe there would be something to alter this in registry editor :) without vive tool

Offhand, I don't know of any registry setting or Feature ID that manages this setting. I believe it's a design change in W11 to highlight taskbar apps which have recently been running.
