Mine has DVD unit. If i have a double layer DVD (its 5.3GB) , i will try to install it via DVD.

Installing it through DVD is the best method. It has further driver support and less issues.
Thats right. Before when i tried windows installations via USB stick at same old computer , i took an error "a driver missing , specify the path of the required driver". But when i try the install from DVD it was OK.
Is the computer you are installing W7 on one that has had Windows 7 on before? In that case DVD will work super smoothly
No. I bought it at 2015 with win10 preinstalled.
I cant find something else at internet and even i found i guess it will have the same problem with the USB stick.
If you read the thread you will see that we have the iso. But for some reason it not works with install via USB stick. And is a known problem because and another user it refer to.Mini Tool Partition Wizard site is well known and I trust it. Have a read here, (tons of isos). You should be able to make a bootable USB with Rufus.

I have an old laptop with 6th generation CPU. It's so slow that I can't do elementary things like double click.
As is my second machine (i have another new) i think to do a clean install of Windows 7.

I will try it first via DVD if a i have a disk because at past it has the same problem (missing USB driver) and via DVD disk works OK.
Hmm, it took me time to search for a reputable .iso download site and when I posted I hadn't refreshed the post. Won't bother again.
As the problem looks is with the stick , dont upload now. I will try with DVD first , and if it fails i will inform you to upload. Note : I dont have onedrive because i dont like it. I use Google drive.
Seeing your thread gave me the idea of switching to win7 on my old computer, as the disc I had, despite being scratched up, showed the files.
ISO's file name contains "DVD". And i think thats the key. It works only via DVD.
you shouldnt have any problem with usb stick.
make it yourself with diskmgmt. create a partition on the usb stick. format it fat32. mark the partition active.
Copy the contents of the iso onto the partition. easily done with 7-zip.
or beginners can use use usb7ice to do it.
I am using win7 right now on b365 motherboard with 8th gen cpu. Perfect.

then you just look in the sources folder on the usb stick and delete the ei.cfg file so it offers all the editions
