If you're wise and don't trust a stranger on the internet, here's the full instructions to get the file yourself:
We can download the updated version of the app from the MS store manually and update it.
1: Visit Microsoft Store - Generation Project (v1.2.3) [by @rgadguard & mkuba50]
2: The first dropdown should be: "URL (link)"
3: The next input where it says "Sample Data: https...." change this to: Paint - Official app in the Microsoft Store
4: The last dropdown should be: "RP" - Change this to "Fast"
5: Click the tick mark.
6: Right click the link titled: "Microsoft.Paint_11.2309.26.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle" and select "Copy link address"
7: Open a new tab and paste the link we copied in step 7 then press enter.
8: After the file has finished downloading it will have a weird name, rename the file to: "Microsoft.Paint_11.2309.26.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle"
9: Open the file and you will be prompted to update MS paint.
