Dozens of Errors in Event Viewer - mostly 0xC0000011

In the last couple of weeks, I am seeing dozens of errors in Event Viewer - see attached for example. Most of them seem to be 0xC0000011 based.
Yesterday, I installed a new CPU and MB, but the errors are still coming.
Any ideas?

Fair enough, but this has only started happening in the last 2 or 3 weeks. It looks a little concerning.

Thanks but that link isn't helpful. Firstly - like most Google searches on this - it suggests that the error causes immediate crashing and BSODs. This isn't my issue, and I have never had a crash.
Also, that kind of page always just looks like an ad for Spyware, or dodgy software, and the link to 'fix it yourself' doesn't work.

This error won't cause BSoD error if the BSoD happened i recommend you follow the instructions at below thread.

Yep, tried sfc, which was OK, and tried a disk repair which fixed some errors.
Still getting some errors, but not as many as before. I'll monitor it after the repair and see over the next day or so.
