Solved Drag a window to the side, it gets full screen

WIN 11 PRO
When I drag a window to the side or to top, it either gets to be full screen or some other window pops up with a bunch of docs or apps in it. I don't need or like this feature. How can I turn it off? I do have Explorer Patcher, if that helps
