Most of my drives appear outside of "This PC" and within "This PC" except my F drive, it only appears inside of "This PC". How can I make it appear like the others? Image attached for reference.

Most times in File Explorer anything between This PC and up to Home or Quick Access are usually shortcuts to the actual file, seen by right-clicking the item and choosing Properties to see the path to the actual location of the item. Hard to tell about yours as the image doesn't show everything in the Navigation pane.

Mine on one of my Notebooks, also note the Thumbtacks denoting Pinned.

As you can see in my new image, the D: and E: Drives are under This PC and outside of it.

Maybe this might help?

This would seem to work, but it's specifically for the E: Drive, which my E: Drive is already there. How could I go about modifying the reg script to do it with the F: drive.

Also, why did my D: and E: drive do this automatically and not my F:? D: and E: are SATA SSDs while my F: is a NVME SSD, could that be the reason?

Perhaps D and E are classified as Removeable Drives, where F is not.

I have similar setup and F: is also a NVME, it appears in the right click context menu. Would also be curious why not showing in your case. When in doubt I always run sfc /scannow just for grins I guess. Perhaps disable or uninstall then reboot.

Sorry for the late reply, been busy with life.

I could see this being the case whereas E is a HDD and D is a SSD, whereas F is a NVME.

Would there be a way to remove them from the root list so as to only have them nested within "This PC" possibly?

Hello, :alien:

You can use the method in the tutorial below to remove the duplicate removable drives listed as a separate group, and only have them listed under "This PC" in the navigation pane of File Explorer.
