I saw your reply to someone else to reset the application, verifying the if Realtek HD Audio Universal Service is enabled on startup and checked if the following services were running: DcomLaunch, RpcEptMapper & RtkAudioUniversalService and noticed that the only service I couldn't find running was the RtkAudioUniversalService. Do you think that could be the issue? Any ideas on what I could try? Did I do anything wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

You need Realtek USB Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) from the first post of this thread : [DRIVERS] Realtek USB Audio (Intel 5xx/6xx/7xx & AMD 5xx/6xx/TRX40).

Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

For information, since this latest release Realtek has split the Realtek APO Driver into 2 versions depending on your operating system :

  • Windows 11 : 13.0.6000.1097 (Realtek Audio Effects Component device visible now in the new Audio processing objects (APO) category in your Device Manager (as well as in Driver Store Explorer).
  • Windows 10 : 12.0.6000.1097 (Realtek Audio Effects Component device visible as usual in the Software components category in your Device Manager (as well as in Driver Store Explorer).

You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS TUF/PRIME DTS Custom) from the first post of this thread.

Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) from the first post of this thread.
