I've used EaseUS Partition Manager for years, but I've recently found out there are "Side Effects".
When you install the program, it will install several little apps that run all the time, in the background.

I just recently found this out, so I've UN-Installed EaseUS Partition Manager.
I have at least one other program that I can use to re-partition HD's.

JFYI

I run Task Manager often, and I look for things running in the background that I've not authorized. Amazing what you can find. Eh?

And..., a frame rate of 144 is pretty rare, (as long as you have the resources)
