edge favourites dialog / star black and green toggle buttons

have microsoft changed the ui of edge recently? after an edge update a few things look different...

the add favourites dialog has black buttons instead of blue
the favourites star is black instead of blue

the toggle buttons in settings are now green instead of blue but the developer toggle button on extensions screen is still blue

settings sections have much more rounded borders

and the search settings box has moved from the left side to the middle of the window


anyone else noticed this? can things be switched back to original colours? or is this how it's going to look from now on?

Yes, yes, no, yes is my guess. Is it a problem?

no, not really, just wondered that's all. also noticed the disable option for rounded corners in flags no longer works correctly, leaves seethrough gaps round the edges of a pinned favourites side panel. so had to turn that back to default.
