Email export

Hi All
I have a email question,been using mailbird for some time and wife has problems with pics, We were using Thunderbird and went back to thunderbird, the only problem is that I cant get the (Address book/contacts) to transfer. I even bought the mailbird migration tool ( worthless to me) I have tried all the suggestions and directions from mailbird nothing works. Use to be able to find contact file and just copy and past to new email but nor anymore
Any suggestions all i want ism thew address book/contascts ,

Mailbird: Contacts>Export to .vcf,
Thunderbird: Address Book>Tools>Import file .vcf

I wish it was that simple my contacts show (0) but I have at least 100 and use them all the time??

Hmmm...,
In Mailbird, I just selected the All Contacts group/Settings/Selected group/Export contacts to vCard...

I do not have the icon pointed too by you on my email menu all i have is the three lines

Click on that Apps link, look for Contacts and check mark it to enable the feature...

I Have done that and contact file is empty ? I know there are contacts there?

Have you connected/synced your accounts/contacts?

only have two options google or outlook don't have accounts with ether?
