Emoji Panel Default View

When pressing the Window Key + Period for the Emoji panel, instead of getting this:



Is it possible to get this (or even the recent list is fine)?

On the line that says Emoji move the cursor to the right and click that small arrow >, more have been added as time goes on. You should also note the added Back arrow at the top after clicking that arrow >.
