This tutorial will show you how to enable or disable showing account details such as an email address on the sign-in screen for your account or all users in Windows 11.

Windows 11 does not show the email address of a Microsoft account on the sign-in screen by default, but users are still able to turn on showing their account details such as their email address on the sign-in screen.

Showing the email address of Microsoft accounts on the sign-in screen can be a privacy issue.

As an administrator, you can disable showing account details such as an email address on the sign-in screen for all users.
