Solved Error at "Get Started" with Insider Program

Actual Win 10 Version 21H1 OS Build 19043.1081 trying to begin using Win 11 Insider Program.

Found this reply on another Microsoft Forum. Is it true/correct?

"I believe you will not be able to fix this issue of yours. Becoming an insider in Development Channel had a deadline of 24 June 2021. If you weren't an insider in Dev channel before this date, current situation is you will not become an insider in Dev channel and will not be offered Windows 11 preview.

If this statement is true; is this the reason I see this message after I press Get Started?

Solved problem.

Go to services and find the "Windows Insider Service" (wisvc). Set to Automatic and start service. That simple.
