Error No RPC Server Available - Upgraded to Windows 11 24H2 Now If Indexing Is Active File Explorer Crashes

I recently upgraded to windows 24H2 from windows 23H2, the installation went fine but when i booted up the PC my indexing was no longer working and now I'm stuck with having to manually disable the Windows Search service otherwise everytime I open File Explorer and I move to any folder it crashes istantly and closes.
I found out trough quite a good amount of effort that the problem seems to be happening due to the RPC Server not being available.
How can i fix this?

Open Powershell in Admin mode, type 1 at a time between waiting

sfc /scannow

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth


And post back the response

Go to Search or Windows key +R in the Run/Search box type services.msc and press enter.

Double click all of the Remote Procedure Protocols and make sure that they are Started

Press the Windows key + I. In Settings/System/Recovery/Reset this PC/Reset PC/Keep Files
