I went to a good deal of effort to change ASUS Bios settings, C: drive GPT , etc
to have that PC pass (MEET REQUIREMENTS) the [ WIN 11 REady Tests..] ( see my snippits in O.P. )
..... if not, I'l repost that here

If you look at the other link .. there is know issue with ASUS injecting?
some s/w during the boot process.
I want to understand this better before moving foreword in any routine solution

See if this is any help for your problem with the firewall: Reset Windows Security app: Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find Windows Security, and click Advanced options. Click Reset.

1 - my O/S does NOT show "Apps & Features" link..
2 - I can reach 'Windows Security' form via " Settings 'Privacy & Security' "
3 - NO "advance Options " shown, so NO " ReSEt " options either.
4 - In below snippet, you can see the "pop UP message " behavior ..
--- if any " Protection Area " link is pressed.
