Dear friends,
Some of you may recall this lengthy thread about changing Outlook from IMAP to POP3.
Help me change Outlook from IMAP to POP
Now I'm facing a new problem that's at least peripherally related. My Office 365 license ran out. At that time, the small red X appeared on certain files, and it told me I no longer had room in my on-line storage to store the files.
I bought a new license from Costco, because they give me 15 months for the price of 12, and also a $10 gift card. When I clicked on the new license key, the first thing it wanted to do was re-install Office 365. I didn't want to do that, so I found a place to enter the license key. Now my expiration date is August 6, 2025, which seems about right.
However, the little red X on some files (including my PST file) is still there.
How can I make the red X marks go away and store the files on the Microsoft servers?
Thanks!
