Error when updating Defender

When I installed Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.399.1183.0) I got a message: error encountered.

Unfortunately the error flashes by quickly.

Anyone else getting an error on this update?

I did not find a log of this update, is there one somewhere that I am not aware of??
