It may look fine, but I'm missing the address bar, but when I make the window smaller I can see it

But that's a huge inconvenience to keep making the window smaller to use it, I've tried everything, made it full screen [F11] shows the address bar, ticked pin and unpin to make sure, still nothing

Tried
Code:
sfc /scannow
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

I even tried an in place upgrade, nothing, I'm wanting to find out anything I can do to fix it without having to reset my PC, the new build of the insider did not cause it, as it randomly happened on the previous build, maybe my cat ran across the keyboard and messed something up?

I saw this - Enable or Disable File Explorer Command Bar in Windows 11 Tutorial
That did not fix it either.

Another edit: Restore Classic File Explorer with Ribbon in Windows 11 Tutorial this fixed it.

There's 4 settings for a window, one is the bar or Minimize, center is Maximized/Restore down and the X for closing. The fourth is the Fn key + another Fx key [may be a different key on some keyboards] for Full Screen, toggles removal of toolbars to give more room for what is open. Since the images show rounded corners the windows are not Maximized, also only time they can be dragged around on the screen. It is possible to move a window far enough to get parts hidden behind the mask around the panel,

I don't think it was this, since Restore Classic File Explorer with Ribbon in Windows 11 Tutorial fixed it right up for me.
