Explorer MediaInfo tooltips not showing.

Hello,
I apologize in advance for my translator's English :)
I'm asking for help, because I have no idea why explorer
not showing mediainfo detailed information about the video
file when move mouse over the file. MediaInfo support claims it's Windows' fault.
I've tried everything and haven't been able to get the tooltip balloons to show again.

If anyone else has similar problems, enabling UAC might help.
I disabled it using the WinAero Tweaker app. I don't know why,
but with UAC enabled, MediaInfo balloons are active, but with UAC disabled, they don't work.
