I have upgraded to Windows 11 preview from Windows 10 and it seems that the three versions of Facebook Messenger all behave differently:
1) Messenger - standard Windows .exe - it was working but after the updated version was installed, it is not opening and there is no process running
2) Messenger - Universal App - this one works fine
3) Messenger (Beta) - Universal App - it is not opening and there is no process running
