Factory reset help


I believe you are fundermentally incapable of following any given instructions. Either that or this is intentional, there’s a word for that.

It took me all of 5 seconds to find the HP driver page and about the same for system specs, just scroll down the page and you will see where it asks for the serial number to get full specs.

If he was my client I would have either dropped him by now or told him a full clean install of windows would be the only option. That way he could start with a nice and fresh, clean windows.
