Feedback Hub and Official Responses within 24 Hours

I've posted my WireGuard issue (24H2 breaking WireGuard connectivity). Within 12-24 hours, I get an official response from a Microsoft engineer that they couldn't reproduce the issue.

I am having a very hard time believing that they tried testing WireGuard connectivity with WireGuard 0.5.3 and Win 11 24H2 in that amount of time.

Does Microsoft take feedback seriously or is this just one of those things to quickly close as many open cases as possible? I'm about to start filing an hourly report because I'm tired of it being closed so quickly.

@southerndoc You know those buttons on light poles on the sidewalk at intersections that say "Press to cross"? Mostly placebos. They let the pedestrian think he can control the traffic by pushing a button. Ha! My suspicion is that Feedback Hub is a lot like those buttons.

Are you planning on doing that until they tell you the answer you want as apposed to the answer they have?

Microsoft is in the business of making their Windows operating system, WireGuard is in their own business making software that works with Windows. Perhaps you should approach WireGuard?

The Hub is a USER feel good gimmick that makes the user think that someone is actually listening to you, it is no more that a Bot.

WireGuard's team is a bunch of volunteers. They have the "get to it when they can" approach, which apparently is what Microsoft's philosophy is despite charging for their products.
