File Explorer and multiple OneDrive and Dropbox shorcuts

It seems to be very difficult to easily create multiple shortcuts.
Looks Windows 11 is designed for single organization only. Why there is not right click options adding more ?

Any ideas how to do it?

I found the correct way to do it. Now the only problem is Dropbox where I need also multiple accounts.
