File History isn't working anymore!

The problem was entirely in the Libraries folders!
In Documents and Pictures, there was a link to OneDrive and to D:\Downloads.
Once I removed the link, it immediately recognized the drives, and the D: entry no longer appears in the config...

You do need to put some things in the exclusions list for File History. That is rather user dependent.

The Downloads folder is one of my exclusions list for File History. I don't use OneDrive sync or Libraries.
