Hello everyone,
We are facing an issue on several Windows 11 machines in our company.
Whenever a user tries to save a file from within any browser (such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) or from another application, the program freezes and then closes unexpectedly.
After multiple tests, we identified that when the Print Spooler service is stopped, the problem disappears and saving works normally. However, once the Spooler is restarted, the issue immediately returns.
We have already tried:
None of these steps have permanently solved the issue.
It seems to be related to how Windows handles the Print Spooler service when saving or printing files.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem or found a workaround or update that resolves it?
Thanks in advance for any help!

- Updating group policies (gpupdate /force);
