I have just recently started using FF again.
The Menu items have changed as in my image.
When I click Menu then Help then About Firefox, It shows that,
Firefox is being updated by another instance.

Have I done something wrong and can you help?

Open Task Manager
See if Firefox is still running, if so, exit/stop it.

FF did not show in Task Manager. So I started FF and used Task Manager to end task. Then a reboot NO change.

Just reinstall it over the top of the current setup and see if it corrects itself or updates during install.

That was first thing I tried before my post. Also did a removal with Revo Uninstaller, reinstalled without signing in to sync using Moxilla Account.

Check Firefox updates via about:config

Typeabout:config into the Firefox address bar, accept risk.
Paste the following into the search app.update.auto and make sure it's set to "TRUE"

Also check: app.update.enabled "TRUE"
app.update.silent "TRUE"

The last two may not be available. If all you see is a + symbol then leave it.

As for the profile, create one if you want. But the current setup will be gone.
