Firewall entry no longer exists in Services

Following the installation of NordVPN, Win Firewall OFF notifications began appearing. Firewall page: warning "...not using recommended settings" None of the buttons worked, and WinFirewall Setting does not exist in Services.

NordVPN tech support states that it does not block or change Firewall settings. I removed Nord and rebooted. Same issues as stated above still exist.
