I don't know if this is because of a Windows update or what. Possibly related is that the Internet is slow..

Your posted internet speed listed in your My Computer settings is 424.4 mbps D/L, has that changed? Is the Internet slow on all of your other devices? (ie) smart phone, smart TV, tablet etc?
