Forwarded emails joined

Hello

I forwarded an email from a Gmail email account to a Hotmail account email using the Gmail app, but when I view it in the outlook app, it shows the email with a number 6 next to it. If I open this email, it shows 6 individual emails, which I can only view by clicking in the 3 dots at the bottom is there any way of separating these into individual emails that I can view normally

All I can think of , but I don’t have it loaded ATM, is look in the Outlook App for a setting for “Grouping” or “Conversation” so it doesn’t group the emails.

Turned off conversation made no difference

I think the error was made in GMail not in Outlook/Hotmail i.e. the emails were forwarded in the consolidated form you now see them in.

Outlook Mobile (iOS/Android)
1. Open the Outlook app.
2. Tap your profile icon (top left).
3. Tap the Settings gear.
4. Find Organize mail by thread.
5. Toggle it OFF.

Outlook for Windows
1. Open Outlook.
2. Click the Settings icon (top right).
3. Go to Mail → Layout.
4. Under Message organization, select:
Show email as individual messages.

Outlook Web (Outlook.com)
1. Click the Settings gear.
2. Go to Mail → Layout.
3. Find Conversation view.
4. Choose Off or Show each message separately.

When forwarding, be careful that you’re not forwarding more than one email at a time, as an attachment as apposed to straight send (individually)
Because when I tried at Gmail, I couldn’t send 6 emails at once without using “Attachment”
If attachment is used, there is no way to separate them at the destination.

Also changing the settings don't affect emails already received hoped to correct what's already been sent
