Freezing Screen turns black

Hi I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 at the same time each day for two or three days and usually after a windows preview updates my laptop freezes the screen goes black then within seconds it comes back on. However the screen on my desk top remains black apart from a square. Now here's the weird thing if I drag the black it's like drawing back the curtains. Specs shown in screen snip below. Also seems to have started happening after the 25H2 was installed. is there a cure and I cant over ride installing these they are simply installed the next time I turn on my laptop. and group policy has been removed for Windows 11 home
