there's not going to be a new bios for this motherboard support ended 2018 but the RAID boot screen just started appearing with secure boot disabled. After rebooting multiple times it just started to work. Upon experimentation I must turn off windows secure boot to manipulate the RAID array then re enable it after for black lotus protection all this stuffing around. What I really need is my BIOS updated so I can enter RAID config whilst in secure boot mode. I cannot for the life of me find the right tools everything on offer are fossils from early 2000's otherwise I'd transplant modules from more modern systems to compensate.
