Frustrated over all that "Read Only" and "Admin Permissions" Nonsense

Like the title says, is there a way to deal with it once and for all!

I'm working with 3d software, and every time in need to do stuff like import saved textures/materials i simply can't because then i dont have "admin rights" over my own pc, and the other annoying thing i come across is i can't import textures in my software because some place is "read only" and if i try to uncheck the read only checkmark it just reappear.

i tried alot of different fixes but nothing helps so far.

Is there a kind soul that can explain to me in a easy way what to do?

Are you running the program in admin mode/level ?

And by the way, the name of the program would help as well as what "different fixes", just so we're not wasting your time with suggestions you've already tried.

EDIT : It is a legit installation of a properly licensed program, isn't it ?

Individual apps can be set to run as administrator.
Right click on the program's executable (.exe) or shortcut. Select properties. Compatibility tab-check the box to 'run as administrator'
UAC (User Access Control)prevents unauthorized or inadvertent changes to the operating system. I do not recommend disabling it system wide.

Corrupted files can lead to a folder constantly reverting to “Read-only"
Make sure you have no corrupt system files that is causing this problem. Open a command prompt as administrator and type sfc /scannow
Pay attention to the scan results to see if SFC found anything it could not repair. If it found corruption it could not fix followup with this command (note the spaces)
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Restart computer
