This is a disengenuous twitter (or whatever) thing. The picture is slightly faked. The urologist actually exists and is a respected urologist but he does not use the name Dick but uses his real name Richard and is quite categoric about that.

Frankly, I think it is very disrespectful of people on Social Media to get a "Cheap Shot" at a respected professional.
