OS
Windows 11
As you all know someone recommended me a command to put in something and then I restarted my computer and now it does this.

When I start the computer it starts with a please wait screen and then a loading icon appears, and then all of a sudden the loading icon stops and does a blue screen of death

Thanks to the user ants pants, I discovered that I could open is the aptio setup - AMI by holding esc or delete key. So I want to ask what other keys can I press to help me break the cycle, or what could I do in aptio setup - AMI to help.

Before you go and type in some really mechanical stuff. Id like to have you know that my uncle lives far away and he's an advanced technician. So.. I think you get that part...

Please repost with more information, including whether you can still get into advanced startup.

Have you interrupted the start cycle by pressing the reset button on your computer the moment you see the loading icon three times in a row? That will get you back into repair mode.

As mentioned by a poster in your previous thread, you or your uncle are probably going to have to download the system files from Geekom and use them to create a bootable USB stick that will reinstall Windows.

The video cuts off before showing anything other than the load screen. Perhaps you should try what @Ben Myers recommended from your other thread.

I do not own a Geekom but I do own one of these Chinese minis of another brand and the some of their stuff is NOT kosher to all the American made OEM PCs I have owned. I find their bios to be very basic. Yours may be different. You are very fortunate that Geekom has support in the US. I believe it is in Missouri. My brand has no US support and no place for me to directly get driver updates and bios updates. . To reinstall windows all I had to do is download the iso from Microsoft. Luckily I had backed up the drivers. I do see where you can download the iso from Geekom.

Geekom has email, chat, and phone support. Contact us - GEEKOM
