Hey guys,

Hoping somebody can give a look at this BSOD analysis.

I'm running Windows 11 Dev OS Build 22458.1000.

This is on my new Beelink mini-pc. Typically with a pre-release version of the OS, I wouldn't give much thought to a BSOD, but this is new hardware that I just got and trying to make sure it doesn't have any problems.

Model: Beelink SEI8 i5 8279u, 16GB of DDR4, 512GB NVMe (unsure of brand, it's pretty generic).

I did run Memtest86 and it completed all tests and passes without issue.

I've reinstalled Windows a few times, the only thing I am running is the OS, Intel Chipset drivers from Intel, the audio driver from Beelink (Intel SST), and the Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 driver (beta version...released a few days ago).

-I've tried chipsets from BeeLink and well as intel, same issue
-I've tried multiple versions of the Intel IRIS driver.

It's probably worth mentioning that a lot of times the error happens when the box is just sitting there without me using it. I'll be working on my laptop and then all of a sudden out of the corner of my eye I will see the screen flash green and down it goes.

DON'T BOTHER looking at this. After having numerous blue screens, I restored the Macrium Image of the device that I took right when I received it and within 5 minutes, it bluescreened on Windows 10 Pro and has bluescreened on the factory image now about 5 times in the past hour just sitting there doing nothing. The bugcheck is different everytime.

I have contacted Amazon and am getting the device returned. It must have some type of hardware issue. I'm not going to dedicate any more time to it.

Hi there
IMO in spite of people moaning about Amazon they are pretty good when you have to RMA anything -- I had to send a 6TB HDD back -- label postage etc all free -- got a refund almost immediately as they were out of stock of that particular device for replacement. Have since bought another one (different brand) and it's fine.

With the sheer volume of products Amazon ship it's not unreasonable (although of course annoying) that a few ( -- fortunately very few) are shipped with defects.

Cheers
jimbo

I got my replacement device from Amazon, let it run Windows 10 for about 48 hours without any BSOD's.

Installed windows 11 release preview (22000.194) a few hours ago and so far, so good.
