What type of glare is it,Daylight Nightlight or Monitor screen adjustments?
Have you tried simply rotating the monitor through 90 degrees?

Make sure montior is positioned away from windows and the TV. I don't know how good they are but you can buy anti-glare screen covers specific to your monitor size. There are a lot of different ones and different prices such as THIS
