OMG I absolutely do not like this new feature on Windows 11 Desktop. I have been changing it the past couple of months to different Country locations that have not yet had it rolled out to them but the list of Countries not to have this horrid new feature is getting down to nearly 0. :(
Search Settings allows you to change:-
Continuous scrolling
"Automatically loads the next set of results when you reach the bottom of the search results page. Change to On or Off" ... but the Pages Numbering has gone, leaving at bottom of page "More results".
Does anybody know of a way to change this back to how it was? I would be most greatful if somebody does.

Thank you. :)

I'm not sure what you mean by Windows 11 feature. What you linked to is Google search settings.

I'm not sure what you mean by Windows 11 feature. What you linked to is Google search settings.
The new Search in Google Chrome on Desktop. When you put in something to search for, it used to show around 8 Results on 1st Page, then at bottom of Page it then shows 2 3 4 5 6 7 etc Pages for more Search results. Google now has changed this that it is now just 1 Page of Continuous Scroll like it is on Google App on Android.

Not for me any more, as my Region has now changed both for Chrome and Edge. Google is eventually rolling this out for all of Desktop like they did for Android back in 2021. There are some Regions that have not changed yet but they will shortly I presume.. I think this feature started rolling out since December 2022. Below is mine and you click on "More results" and it keeps to the 1 continuous page.

Don't see that either in Edge and Mozilla.

Ok... well it seems it has not come to your Region as yet but it's coming and it is so annoying. I am in Australia and we must be one of the first to get it. Using Bing as a Search hmmmm not sure I could get use to that but if no tweak can come about I suppose I will have to. Below is a general Search Page of pages/postings to say it is coming for all of us this year.

It's there, in settings, this is why I was not scrolling, even in the US.
Make sure to go all the way to the bottom of the page to save as mentioned by @trevo

I am always signed in. Have also tried it signing out, still same result. Yes I have been saving it, been doing it for a number of days, "Continuous Scrolling" Turns it only Off or On for 1 Continuous Page, that is all it does. I turn it Off which is better than On as it stops until you hit "More results". Turn it On "More results" disappears and you just Scroll the Search Results on the 1 Page only Continuously. As I posted in first post and also showing in my Image above, the 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 etc etc separate Search Pages has gone for me in Australia; perhaps we are one of the first to have this happen.

Also I said on the Search Image I posted above, all the Search results within stipulate this is rolling out for all Regions World-wide - the 2 3 4 5 6 7 and so on will be gone. Only 1 Page for all when it does come to you with only the ability to turn Continuous Scrolling Off or On only for the 1 Page available. Just like it is for Google on Android - so annoying.
