GPO to disable Windows Welcome Experience

Anyone know what happened to the group policy option to disable the Windows Welcome Experience for all users? It used to be at:
Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Cloud Content

Has it been removed or shuffled into a different policy? Is there a master change log for all of the GPO options available that Microsoft keeps tweaking?

Thanks for any insight

I have it at Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Cloud Content.

Here you will see Turn off the Windows Welcome Experience.

Thank you,
My GPO does look like @Josey Wales. Any idea what else is affected by enabling 'Turn off Microsoft consumer experiences' besides the Welcome Experience?

edit: I can confirm that enabling 'Turn off Microsoft consumer experiences' does not disable the option for users to check or uncheck the Settings option under System > Notifications > Additional Settings > Show the Windows welcome experience after updates and when signed in to show what's new and suggested

Thank you, I was hoping for an option to disable that checkbox for all users, maybe its no longer available.

Just push the reg to all users

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ContentDeliveryManager
DWORD: SubscribedContent-310093Enabled
Value: 0

Something just ain't right.
All the REG entries are there, all the GPOs are there, but still...
