How to reset GPU RGB without re-installing Windows 11? I put brother's AMD GPU in my computer for test and install RGB software for AMD and now RGB not working on my GeForce RTX GPU. RGB on GPU works but always the same color and RGB Fusion 2.0 not detect my GPU only RAM and motherboard.

GIGABYTE Aorus Elite GeForce RTX, GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE, G.SKILL Trident Z RGB RAM.

I want factory (default) RGB on GPU. Worked fine before.

Did you uninstall you're nvidia drivers before amd install? Usually if I was swapping cards I'd boot into safe mode, use ddu to remove the drivers foe the gpu I was taking out, it will then turn off after its done so you can swap the cards. Then with the amd one I'd expect you have installed those drivers, and rinse and repeat of above

You need to give us a lot more info - what name brand GPU - Gigabyte, ASUS, MSI? Also what are you trying to get back to RGB? Board? Card? What was the software before you installed your brothers AMD card?

GIGABYTE Aorus Elite GeForce RTX, GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE, G.SKILL Trident Z RGB RAM.

I want factory (default) RGB on GPU. Worked fine before.
That said....

If you have a Gigabyte motherboard and Gigabyte brand GPU, the RGB software would be Gigabyte's RGB Fusion software.

If so, my suggestion would be to first uninstall the "AMD" software. Reboot, run the RGB Fusion software and go from there.

Download Aorus Engine Software for Gigabyte which RGB fusion 2.0 is included.

For ram use Trident Z RGB.

Nvidia Driver is not related for GPU RGB.

Focus on Gigabyte RGB software.

Its a Gigabyte Aorus GPU, he says that his GPU( Gigabyte Aorus RTX, He doesn't specify which model in particular but its enough to go on) RGB is only ONE colour and wont let him change, The software isn't detected his GPU though but it IS detecting his Ram and Motherboard.
Translation complete xD

I guess I missed something somewhere then because didn't see all that other info. Anyway since both board and GPU are Gigabyte, the RGB Fusion should work.

I have a Gigabyte Aorus board and RGB Fusion works on it without issue. My AMD GPU on the other hand isn't RGB so I only use RGB Fusion for the board and RGB pin headers. That said, my suggestion remains.

RGB on GPU works again in Windows 11. I install Windows 10 on USB Flash Drive and RGB Fusion detect my GPU.
