Recently bought a 3080 used in perfect condition, but the RGB on the card comes on only on the bottom and the MSI logo but not the rgb strip. Then when I boot my pc the rgb comes on only in those two spaces and then goes away when I boot into windows and there are no colors. Ive spent hours trying Dragon Center, and msi Center, center and openrgb and other third party apps and nothing seems to work I have icue for my aio and headphones and g skill for my ram and razor synapps for my mouse. Ive tried lots of things to try and figure it out and I cannot. the rgb works but not when I boot into windows. Im assuming its something in my bios but my motherboard has no rgb built onto it. I also followed every step in the video msi provided me with uninstalling msi center etc. and still no luck. Like i said before the rgb turns on before booting into windows then shuts off when i boot into windows. I deleted all the software from my old gpu and only use the ones i listed previously. Msi center and dragon center cannot identify my gpu for some reason. The card itself works outstanding and nothing performance wise that is affected just cosmetics.

I see that there is a new version of MSI Center that was just put up today (6 April).

Whether it will do anything for you, I can't guess.

My Gigabyte graphics card has some RGB stuff. The lights associated with the fans don't come on until the fans spin up. (The fans don't run at all when the card is at idle.)

I understand what you are saying but i cant tell what is going on ive spent all day troubleshooting and trying to research a possible solution. after a shut off and turning the pc back on the rgb is on until a little bit after the windows screen comes in to log in or sometimes a little after I log into my pc. I have the card OC so the fans are always going to be spinning. Its the fact that none of the msi softwares for rgb control can identify my gpu which is very strange.
