Solved Group Policy for Do Not include Drivers with Windows Updates?

When the Group Policy for Do Not include Drivers with Windows Updates is set to Not Configured, do the drivers get downloaded and installed automatically or do I need to click on Check for Updates to download and install them manually from the Windows Updates settings?

Yes, no.

When the "Do not include drivers with Windows Updates" Group Policy is set to Not Configured (or Disabled) driver updates are allowed and will download and install automatically through Windows Update.

As to whether you have to click on Check for Updates to trigger Windows Update check, that depends on other settings.

Made my decision. I changed it to Enabled.

I would rather do them myself by installing them from my PC manufacturer.

Not Configured means merely that you have not used a Group Policy to set a particular variable.
It does not mean on or off - it just means merely that you have not used a Group Policy to set it.
You might have set that variable by some other means such as through the user interface, by a script or by a Registry entry. If you have not set it using a Group policy then it remains shown as Not Configured.
