This is a well-known scam and it has been exposed multiple times for what it is. I'm not sure about all the banking requirements in your Country but you could try E-Bay if Amazon is giving you trouble. Another way to deal with obstacles such as the ones you are facing is to use a reputable broker like PayPal. This will help give you additional purchase protection and usually facilitates purchases made by the buyer. At this time I have searched on YouTube for "AliExpress SSD" and, I don't know if this is always the case, but a user bought a 64TB SSD and it appeared correct in Windows Explorer, but he started copying files and when it reached 64GB it no longer copied He opened the ssd and recorded it on video and inside was a 64gb micro sd quickly soldered together. Other users say that they record but then many files are corrupted.

- Other Info
- I own too many laptops: A Dell touch screen with Windows 11 and 6 others (not counting the other four laptops I bought for this household.) Being a PC builder I own many desktop PCs as well. I am a father of five providing PCs, laptops, and tablets for all my family, most of which I have modified, rebuilt, or simply built from scratch. I do not own a cell phone, never have, never will.
