Having trouble accessing customization options in Bing.com menu

With page size at normal setting, customize options are below page bottom, so you cannot turn off the news bar or set background to blank, etc...

If I switch off the setting it is at, the display goes too wide

I'm at the recommended/defaults...,
I guess you could Ctrl/Scroll the page for a minute to get the settings, then Reset.

He wants to turn all this

off but, the whole menu won't show unless he zooms the page out...
