Headset not working

I got a new headset, and it did work once in my computer and this morning I went to use it, and it will not work. It doesn't show as an Output device. Ran the trouble shooter and it can't fix it.

I plugged it into my Android phone, and it works fine.
It's a low-cost headset. Got it at Amazon and it's a Koss.

Windows 11-Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.4460)

The headphones should be connected to the green audio port on the motherboard.
If the audio port on the front is used, it must be physically connected to the motherboard.
The built-in High Definition Audio controller should be enabled in the BIOS.
Install Realtek HD Audio Codec Drive (or it can be installed via Windows Update).

I got up this morning and now it's working. I have no idea what made it stop.
