My headset (Blackwire 3220 Series) often just stops working out of nowhere. I always have to restart my computer to get it working again. I've already asked Dell and Microsoft for help, they even reinstalled Windows (11 Pro), but the problem persists. Any help?

Hi,
Maybe the port goes off in order to save power.
Double-check to make sure that this option is unchecked:

By the way, problem continues. Besides that, when I restart the computer using the 'restart' option, it does not restart, going to that black screen with instructions to press F1... then I have to restart using the start physical button, and so it restarts. I don't know if this is related to the problem with the audio.

For the future reference, never use USB device for sound, USB is not designed for that, it is just compatible.
Since it is USB related, make sure you have the latest BIOS/chipset drivers, which can update USB as well.
